Why do you use registered mail?

We know this can be an inconvenience, but if it is registered, then it can be found. Proof of delivery also helps reduce PayPal fraud.

Is tracking available?

Yes, EMS mail has full tracking.

Registred mail ONLY shows the date and time the mail was accepted by our post office, the flight information, acceptance date of your local postal delivery offce, and final delivery date and time.

Should I choose small packet airmail or EMS?

It depends, at a certain weight it becomes much cheaper to use EMS.

Our shopping cart is great, because it will show you to see the shipping costs before you enter all your address data.

My products were damaged.

We used to have a problem with the seakelp jars leaking due to cracks.  We are now using much stronger jars and this does NOT happen anymore.

When a bag of powder has burst we'll replace the lost portion of that product. Email us the details of the loss.

If there is a small hole in the side of the bag it usually means that your customs agents have taken out a small sample for inspection.

What happens if my mail is returned to you?

Mail is usually returned when:

a. it is refused clearance by customs (this has only been a problem in Italy)

b. you gave us the wrong address

c.  the mail carrier attempted delivery while you were not home and left a note in your mail box, but you did not go to the post office to claim the mail

d. the mail carrier attempted delivery while you were not home and did NOT leave a note in your mailbox.

No matter what...when we receive the mail we will issue you a ful refund for the products, but NOT the shipping costs.

Will you mail products to my country?

If you can pay us via PayPal, then we will ship to your country.

However, if you live in Greece or Italy then read here

USPS tracking says "We have received notice that the

originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece."

Has that order shipped out?

Yes, it has.

We have no idea why USPS uses such terribly confusing wording.

It means that USPS has received notice from my post office that there is registered mail coming.

This message will show for a long time (from the moment we mail your order, until it arrives at a USPS sorting facility.

It will then show when it leaves the sorting facility and any attempted deliveries at your address

SOMETIMES, this message will show even AFTER your mail has been delivered. This means USPS has not updated the info.
